Dispute resolution
In case of a dispute, the client should contact M.B.S by email or phone to seek an amicable solution.
If no amicable agreement is reached within a reasonable time, the dispute may be brought before the competent Tunisian courts.
Cancellation policy
The client may cancel an order before work effectively starts; uncommitted amounts may be refunded as applicable.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, completed work remains due on a pro-rata basis, and the deposit may be retained to cover incurred costs.
M.B.S may cancel an order in case of non-payment, inaccurate information, or failure to provide required materials within a reasonable time.
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods:
• Carte bancaire
• Paiement mobile Flouci
• Virement bancaire
Payment may be required in full or according to a schedule (deposit / balance) specified in the quote.
Payment data is processed securely by the payment provider (including Flouci).
Delivery terms
Digital services are delivered electronically (go-live link, code repository, access credentials, files, documentation).
Stated timelines are estimates and start after receipt of required materials and, where applicable, the deposit.
Delivery is deemed complete when the agreed deliverables are made available to the client.
Applicable law (Tunisia)
These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
Courts of the Republic of Tunisia have jurisdiction, subject to applicable public-policy rules.
Accessible before payment
Contact information, legal information, terms and conditions, and the privacy policy are permanently available on this website, including via the footer, before any payment step.
Return / exchange / refund policy
M.B.S services are custom digital services and are not treated as standard physical goods.
Before work starts, cancellation may lead to a full or partial refund depending on costs already incurred.
After work has started and custom deliverables have been partly or fully delivered, a refund is not automatic.
A refund may be granted for duplicate payment, technical payment error, or services not started with no fault of the client.
Requests must be sent by email with the transaction reference; approved refunds are processed via the same channel when possible (e.g. Flouci).
Corrections within the quote scope are handled as agreed; requests outside scope require an amendment.
